This is a Bridgerland Amateur Radio Club (BARC) owned repeater which sits above Vernal Utah. It has handheld level coverage in Vernal, but it's mobile range extends far greater. From the Strawberry Pinnacles outside of Heber, to the Colorado State line (and beyond at times), this seems to be the "spot" for 2 meter activity in this portion of Utah.
